This class combines cardio, bodyweight movements and breath. Come prepared to sweat!
Transformational Breathwork: Looking to get out of a rut and explore new creative outlets through breathwork? Step into an expanded sense of self with this top-rated class. Transformational Breathwork downregulates the areas of the brain that hold our ego-based identity and habitual ways of thinking and behaving. Breathe + Cacao Ceremony: Searching for a unique and special breathwork experience unlike any class you’ve been to before? Join us for a transformative evening of community, cacao, meditation & breathwork. Cacao will be served in the beginning of this evening class - It is a heart-opening superfood & is known in many cultures as “The Food of The Gods.” Following the cacao, we will practice circular, connected breathwork. This form of breathwork creates shifts in consciousness that allow space for greater self awareness, creativity, emotional release and mental peace. In order to truly heal, we must tap into our bodies and feel and process what is going on inside - the modalities you will be working with on this journey will allow you to access your internal world in an efficient and safe way and really bring you back into your heart space.
