I recently visited Breathwrk for a holotropic breathwork session and it was absolutely transformative. The facilitator was knowledgeable and supportive, guiding me through the process with care and compassion. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, with a newfound sense of clarity and perspective. I highly recommend Breathwrk to anyone looking to deepen their meditation and breathwork practice.
Tried this class for the first time and loved it. Felt very zen after the class but also taught me some new techniques when breathing. Even though you aren't working out, after the class you feel like you went through an experience with the amount of breathing in and out I was doing! Great class and will definitely be going back!
The teacher was INCREDIBLE. She was so knowledgeable, helpful, and guided an incredible experience. her music, her words, everything was far more than I expected. I will definitely be coming back!
